Return to the ritual to explore a new environmental approach

​面對劇烈的全球氣候變遷、空氣汙染、能源消耗....人類如何重新面對過度被開發的土地與海洋，讓自我與土地再次開啟對話？

《吃土》試圖從舞作反思人類與土地的關係，重新開啟與自然的對話；藉由北管樂、當代擊樂、電子樂與現代舞的結合，《吃土》召喚一場除瘟的儀式，召喚人原本與自然相連結的能力，感受這片土地的泛靈能量，尋找與環境永續共處的方式。

As environmental crises such as global warming, air pollution and energy consumption intensify, how should humans take a new approach to the overexploited nature and reopen a conversation with the land?   

Combining the traditional Pak-kuán music, contemporary percussion, and electronic sound, Tsiah thóo reexamines the relationship between humans and the land in the form of dance to open up a dialogue with nature.  It evokes a ritual to ward off the plague. It reminds us of the long-lost ability to connect with the natural world, feel the land's animistic energy, and find a way to build a harmonized and sustainable relationship with the environment.
